That’s not a risk for the next 34 months; Trump’s DOJ won’t go after her.

She’s still subject to civil suits and subpoenas, as well as ethics proceedings — up to and including disbarment. To be honest, I don’t think state bar ethics complaints will really happen until Trump is gone. One way or the other.
