TLDR?
That is HIS strategic defeat. I suspect things are a ton worse than anyone is letting on.
He's too listless and confused to even start blaming everyone, though replacing the entire cabinet one person at a time sounds about "par for the course"
I believe that his "WEAPONS OF MASS DISTRACTION" was vastly overplayed.
It could even be that the US is so weakened that a small European country or even a Duchy with a Q-Bomb could defeat the US. And we'd become part of the EU???
Inquiring minds want to know.

After securing a pardon and converting all his spoils to Monero (cryptocurrency that is supposedly untraceable)

It's clear that Trump uh for all his pretense uh of uh I'm always winning, uh that he's aware of how completely he screwed things up
That he's aware that he has basically led America into an epic strategic defeat, which I don't think he cares about from the point of view of America, but he is realizing what this has done to him
