... that I encountered when getting my certificate was not quite so generously endowed!
I wouldn't discount the possibility that someone with basic Photoshop chops had some malicious fun with that. But regardless, ICEBarbie's reaction was worth it! She is a horrible person, and even her relatives detest her. A cousin really nailed her to the wall not long ago.
