2. He does seem to think he can just rewrite the Constitution

Trying to usurp Congress's powers, thumbing his nose at 3 Equal Branches: An illegal/unapproved war, voting rights/security, tariffs/taxes, misusing the DOJ, accepted gifts from foreign powers, on and on. Now trying to take away birthright citizenship.

He's never thought the rules applied to him.
