1. I don't want "hot" candidates, we already have poor examples of what are thought to hotties by some in this admin...

"they look like they stepped out of central casting". I want
competent candidates, ones who will do the job; not someone who looks like they just stepped out of a photo shoot for GQ or Vogue.
