Does the arrest report really say that the fetus "was struggling to breathe”?

Never mind the BS wording of "baby" and "heartbeat" but breathing?!?

That is a whole lot of loaded politically manipulative language. I am no lawyer but that sounds like a hole that the defense could use to call the entire thing into question.
