They keeping trying to describe chaos as if it were in a normalized context.

I don't think anyone, in the media or otherwise, should even refer to him as "president". Lawrence O'Donnell uses his name, and avoids referring to him as "president". I avoid either. I rely on "the grifter" as his moniker - everyone knows what I mean.
