If Israel feels itself so cornered, and its existence so threatened that it feels using a nuclear weapon is its only chance for continued existence, the last people it will inform prior to use will be the United States. They know the extent of Trump's "loyalty." They know who will drop them like a hot potato if expedience dictates. This is not Yitzak Rabin consulting with Joe Biden. This Hot Head consulting with No Head.
