Tyler Simmons would not have been there without the reckless, dangerous decision by the unhinged con artist.

I had read about Tyler over the weekend. Of the six, only Tyler and Alex Klinner had been identified as deceased. Alex Klinner was the father of a two year old, and 7 month old twins.
