And taking testosterone therapy were getting better from LC. She said many women with LC had low testosterone levels - they believe Covid can disrupt hormone levels. She said more studies need to be done but getting hormone levels checked by a Dr could help. She said low testosterone in women can cause inflammation, fatigue, muscle pain, arthritis, memory problems and can reactivate latent viruses.

Besides Kimbucha which I also make, I have homemade sauerkraut with most meals. Little sips of the sauerkraut juice also have tons of probiotics. It’s so easy and so healthy- shred cabbage and cover it with salt water - leave out on counter for a week and then refrigerate it. I need to have something acid with my food for digestion. Also helpful is a slice of pineapple with each meal.
