This is a lifelong dream of his - to utterly destroy the Islamic State and permanently ruin the country.

Neighbors that are in total collapse works for Netanyahu and rendering Iran to rubble is most likely his current objective.

In fact there’s going to come a moment when Traitor finally wakes up to Netanyahu’s plan and will have to decide if he wants to participate in the utter destruction of Iran. My guess is when desalination plants become targets is when Traitor will have to decide if that’s a bridge too far. I think Kharg Island (the central hub of Iran’s oil activity) is already doomed. Only time will tell if Traitor goes along with murdering millions by destroying their water supplies. He's as much of a sadist as Netanyahu …
