(7,760 posts)human being in this equation. The fetus is unborn. For many, many religions across the world, it does not have a say in this situation. It isn't a child until it's first breath. And face it, these laws stripping women of bodily autonomy and rights are based in nothing more than white christianist supremacy. One religion telling another what they will believe, do, and say. To say nothing of taking liberties with CUTTING into the woman without her permission. Gee... how would the guys like to have their penis splayed open on an operating room table under the course lights, without not only giving permission, but adamantly fighting against it for *whatever* reason? After all, do men have bodily autonomy rights when women don't? What can be taken from one can be taken from the other. And going into the future, I'm glad I'm female. Because let me tell you.... we're pissed.
