goes ahead and does exactly what he wants, and whether it is constitutional or not, gets a tsk tsk tsk from Democrats who are watching him make plans to violate the constitution and step into election regulation and are doing nothing about it. It's the same thing we got the last time he was in office, and when we did finally get control of Congress and the White House, it was business as usual with nothing at all being done to prevent a repeat, and here we are.
