2. "Enemies" has a very specific legal definition

Enemies are those nations the US has officially declared war on.

So, in order to be charged/convicted of treason for aiding and abetting enemies, war must be declared.

On the other hand, impeachment has no such legal restrictions- Trump could be impeached and removed for anything and everything he has done in his second term.

All it would take is enough representatives and senators with the courage to pursue it.

Courage…aye, there’s the rub.
