Our electoral system has long had many problems.
Focusing on "voter fraud" (quite rare) rather than electoral fraud & manipulation is just one of the many problems.
Access, poll location purposeful mis-allocation, biased voter roll purge techniques, voting when people can't get away from their 2 jobs (or afford the bus fare & transfers), lack of universal mail-in/drop-off ballots, the defacto 2 party system, the influence of money & media as propaganda tools, etc

Yes - Paxton & company are evil. But they are not doing anything new.
