USAID existed to help people in other nations. Right now it has been reported that people are starving to death due to the end of the USAID programs. But Elon Musk hated it because it helped the people of South Africa end apartheid. Musk grew up under apartheid and he liked life that way. It is why Musk called USAID "a terrorist organization."
