2. I didn't watch the speech,

but from the few clips I saw afterward, it was more like a rambling campaign speech. In his first term, he actually tried to sound serious and presidential during the SOTU as he spewed his lies. Apparently last night, he just didn't give a shit. From what I saw it was anything goes, including that bizarre cartoonish voice he uses.

At the end as he walking out, he was very slow and tired looking. He looked pretty miserable (that is when I turned on the TV, as he was leaving).
