the UN and Hague had a major investigation into Syria's Assad and Putin for international war crimes and crimes against humanity........Russia/Putin had supplied Assad, the dictator of Syria, with Chemical Weapons to use against the rebels who were trying to get Assad out of power. Assad had used the poisonous gas bombs to drop on suspected strongholds/towns of these rebels............The bombs had wiped out entire towns of people, Men, Women, Children, Babies and caused their horrific deaths.
The UN and Hague had gone in with their inspectors for a year, documenting/proving that Assad/Putin had violated the Geneva Convention by using chemical weapons. There was a U.S. Military base that had provided protection for the Rebels. As the investigation was being completed, (Trump told the U.S. Military base to BUG OUT, and immediately abandon the base, leaving everything for Assad/Putin to use).......The investigators were immediately ordered to get out, as their only protection was the U.S. Military that Trump had ordered to abandon. As the investigators loaded on their planes out of there, the area around the airport was already being bombed by Assad. The investigators barely got out, and returned to the Hague with all the documents/evidence of Assad/Putin's war crimes..........(and suspicion of Trump's complicity in aiding Putin/Assad).........I am not sure what happened from that point on as far as prosecuting all those individuals. However, it is reported that tthere are many nations that if Putin goes to, he will be arrested on the spot and sent to the Hague for Crimes Against Humanity, International War Crimes, and using chemical weapons per the Geneva Convention.......
