Chuck Schumer was first elected to public office in 1974 to the New York State Assembly, where he served from 1975 to 1980. He later moved to federal office, winning election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1980 and the U.S. Senate in 1998. His coverage area spanned Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.

Guiliani was mayor of NYC from 1994 - 2001

Trump, Guiliani turf.
