In CA if you sue someone you must pay a 45% commission to the law firm and pay their hourly wages. You also have to pay experts to testify for at least $50k each and all legal fees. It has gotten so bad that a man that won a $1M dollar jury award in CA had to pay $5M in legal costs.

The courts are a racket.
