All those grandiose plans for Gal's Gulch for billionaires doubling as a staging area to mine the asteroid belt aren't being developed any farther than a bunch of spiffy looking graphics and a lot of razzle-dazzle presentations to roomfuls of men with more money than they can reasonably spend in a hundred lifetimes. All this stuff is geared toward grabbing investor money while giving CGI experts work between superhero movies.

As for his crack about partying with Epstein, I doubt it went much farther. He and Epstein were in the same business, grabbing money from rich men. There us no way Epstein would have provided Musk with that kind of access. If Musk ever got to that island, he paid though the nose to get there.
