The Heritage boyz are already slow rolling that out, don't you think? With the SCOTUS being indecisive about whose rights matter more, theirs or the American people's. IF we have a midterm, and if we win both houses, we've got a shot to lame duck the felon so more pending SCOTUS decisions can do the People some good.
