So ICE agents are mostly insecure men who seek the approval of other men by being (or seeming) tough beyond accepted limits. "Look at me, I'm a real man!" But that pathetic small-wiener energy can be dissipated by showing disapproval: No, you're not a real man; you're doing awful things that no decent person would sanction and all you're doing is proving you're fearful and weak, and that either your dick is very small or you're afraid it is.
