33. Trump cannot cancel any elections in states

Unless the states themselves go along with an order from Trump to not hold them. I could see Texas doing this but it would be stupid.

What Trump could do is physically prevent senators and representatives from entering the U.S. Capitol to do business. This would be illegal but he controls enough force to do it or he burns down the Capitol and blames it on an undocumented immigrant …
