(NewsNation) Minnesota motorist Renee Macklin Good had multiple apparent gunshot wounds and was unresponsive, not breathing when first responders arrived on the scene, according to an incident report from the Minneapolis Fire Department.
The newly released report and transcripts of witnesses 911 calls offer insight into the Jan. 7 fatal shooting by federal officer Jonathan Ross, which sparked unrest in Minneapolis and protests nationwide.
Macklin Good, 37, had two apparent gunshot wounds to her right chest, one on her left forearm and another possible wound on the left side of her head, the report said.
She tried to drive away but crashed into the nearest vehicle that was parked, one caller told 911 dispatchers. I saw blood all over the driver, then the partner who was trying to provide assistance.
