Yes, you have the right not to show ID unless the cops have probable cause to believe you have committed an illegal act.

However, ICE officers are not nice people who follow the law. They are bullies. Refusal to provide ID could get you beaten or thrown into an ICE detention center.

You choose what to do. It's not right, but it is real. That is always the case when the normal order breaks down.
