Wednesday

Mr. Sabula was laid off due to Ford being unhappy with his first amendment outburst.
He and the Union will file a grievance for unlawful dismissal.
Until this union/company meeting Mr. Sabula is not paid.

The hearing is official and both sides are heard.
What rule was broken by the employee?
What is the historical punishment?
Does he get his job back? With back pay?

If Mr. Tabula loses in arbitration, he can escalate through the Union. That's what they are there for!
