43. "Officials" need to fuck ALL the way off

If he was bumped by the car (yes I have been struck by a car in my day) he might have received a bruise. More likely if he is on a blood thinner.

Release the medical report to show what kind of internal bleeding he had that on scene he walked around appearing unharmed, and the hospital released him same day.
