Because she was in uniform when posting this.

FWIW, what she said skirted the legal line between a breakdown of an unclassified incident - of which there are several active duty on Social Media who regularly do this sort of commentary while not wearing their uniform - and potential disrespect of government officials. It's defensible in a courts martial, at most, it might be an NJP "offense", going public with an opinion that might rile folks up and be detrimental to "good order and discipline".

There would still be howls if she posted this while out of uniform, but being in uniform really focuses the toddler leadership of the current DoD/W on her, no matter if the Brass privately agree with her or not.
