so it would look good when he arrived. That seems just as likely -- if not more likely, given that he did not appear to be struck by the vehicle, it was moving at a very low speed when it went past him, and he was seen walking around as if nothing had happened after the shooting -- and all of that is on video.

But we'll probably never know, because instead of following any kind of norms, they disappeared both Ross and the evidence from the crime scene without conducting a proper investigation.
