He violated one of the first rules of and kind of traffic stop. You NEVER step into the forward path of the vehicle, and he did. Granted, yes, he was out of the way, and he jumped into the hood of the car as he took his one handed shot with the other hand on his phone to record it.
Like everything is wrong in that scenario, he is 100% in the wrong, violated his training, improperly handled his firearm, all of that. I that resulted in injuries bad enough for internal bleeding, why did he go home instead of to a hospital?

Bleeding ulcers? That qualifies as internal bleeding. If they're not just doing what they always do and are lying.
