Runs completely counter to the Founder’s intent.

Hey Roberts, show me in any part of the Constitution where it is even implied that a president has immunity from prosecution as a result any sort of illegal activity. Ya can’t?!?! Gee. Who’d have thunk it?

There’s a reason we had a whole “No kings” movement back in the mid-late 1700s.
