About two 'theys'.

We the people will be on fire as the gestapo continue to ramp up the outrageous behavior and harming more people in more brutal ways as they have been because they WANT US TO ERUPT so that the great orange satan and icebarbie can send out all the troops and tell them kill whomever at will. That is what I think the OP is talking about.

It is what we're seeing though the regime would like to step it up to full on assault every day, everywhere.
