2. Wouldn't the 14th amendment apply here?

TSF's Colorado ballot case didn't set a national precedent. This asshole took part in an insurrection. He is forbidden from holding ANY office. Local, state or federal.

Just because SCOTUS ignored it, doesnt mean the amendment is null and void.
