And of course it is coincidence that the active duty US Army general who answered the phone at the Pentagon that day was Michael Flynn's brother, Charles Flynn, who said nope, not sending troops to the Capital.

Initially the Army swore Flynn did not take the call, then had to admit they lied and he did.

Charles Flynn was promoted and given a cushy job in Hawaii as his reward.
