I wish this were true: Judge Chutkin issues referral to Congress to remove Trump from office [View all]

A friend forwarded to me a comment on X by one "Carol A. Fleetwood" that claims:

BREAKING Judge Chutkin issues a criminal referral to the judiciary committee of Congress for Trump's removal of office due to 7-months of breaking court room orders & criminal violations.

Here's a link to the X item:

I doubt it. I find nothing on CNN, MSNOW, etc. Just this one comment. There is no "judiciary committee of Congress" -- there's a U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary and a U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

Who is "Carol A. Fleetwood?"
