Quotas not for arrests of criminals, but for head counts going to for profit prisons.

And she thinks we own them lunch?

Someone tell me: Do those facial line fillers made with 'donated* human fat cells' cause brain damage or has she always been this stupid?

* Have read a lot of the donated fat comes from cadavers. Anybody know if that is true or urban legend? If it's accurate, perhaps getting one's face smoothed over by using dead people parts might give a whole new meaning to 'Dead Head". Is this how the zombie apocalypse gets started?
