6 months? If this wasn’t his first time back in the field, it should’ve been. He wasn’t ready or he was TOO ready.

We need a good public look at operations in ICE. I’m not holding my breath. We know their recruitment and training was bad and is diminishing.
Did he get a break aside from physical recovery?
From at least a HR CYA perspective, did anyone talk to him? Okay him for return?
Do they have a rotation schedule?

There was no reasonfor Ross to draw his weapon AT ALL.
