But it's a Putin-thing to declare any bad virus, from HIV right on down the the flu, on either Ukraine (you know, run by them Jewish Fascists) or the US.

Please don't.

Note that this also started in November, and the only reason to notice it now is Venezuela. Oddly, it doesn't seem to be spreading very much. Perhaps because it's not really spread person to person nor is it airborne?
