27. My mother died because of Waco.

She watched the coverage over and over and cried non-stop. She was never the same and died within a short time after. I’m never really sure if it had caused a stroke or some type of a mental breakdown. I wish dad had thrown the television out the window and taken her away to get her mind off of the tragic events of that incident.

Since you know “how far gone” you are from your normal self and admit that you can’t seem to get out of that, please know that there is help and healing. Please talk to your doctor or spiritual advisor or someone who can assist you in finding help. Your struggle makes me so sad and I wish you all the best.
