I'm convinced that the murderer was trying to do a live stream of the killing to send a message on social media.
It's not like they aren't trying to control the narrative.
It would be the next logical step in the escalation of terror that the regime wants to propagate.
It's faster and has a broader reach if you film and broadcast it yourself L I V E ON FACEBOOK or wherever...
These people are sick. They don't think like we do.
(And I don't believe that Renee Good was his first murder, either.)

17. Distorted sense of the consequences of their actions
18. Total failure to accept any responsibility for their own socially irresponsible ways
