For some reason, his perfectly appropriate funeral sent everyone on the right around the bend. The propaganda was exhausting. I remember a guy in our book club (Democrat) saying, "I knew that funeral was going to be a problem". I asked him if he'd even watched it (it was on C-SPAN) and he said no! Even he was buying into the false narrative.
