He exits his vehicle, walks around the car anticlockwise which is when she speaks. Then he continues, around the rear to the right side of the car. The dog is looking out the rear right window, the passenger is outside the vehicle. He walks around to the front again and the car moves shortly after. The driver is CLEARLY turning the steering wheel hard to the right, trying to avoid him. It's not at all clear that he is hit by the car. There don't seem to be gunshot sounds.
Seems like the gun sounds should be as loud as in the other video. After all, we can hear the two women speaking ok, and what he says after, though muffled. I think this video has been altered. And why wouldn't it be altered, given the sources. But it still is pretty damning.
