But it seems Ms Good began moving the car and driving in response to the agent pulling his gun. Her wife was outside and did not seem at all alarmed while verbally confronting the ICE agent until he was at the front of the car. At that point, the car suddenly begins moving and her wife tells Ms Good, “Drive baby drive” though she is still outside the car.

I believe the sequence of events therefore is once the agent arrived at the front of the car, he pulled his gun and fearing she was about to be shot Ms Good tried to drive away. The agent then fired the fatal shots.
