Is put on administrative duty until the investigation is completed and the officer is either ruled justified or is dismissed to face charges. Why was the shooter of Ms Good back in the neighborhoods one day after he was involved in a deadly shooting? Did he surrender his firearm for forensic analysis? Was he treated by a physician to make sure he’s mentally competent, suffering from PTSD after being run over 6 months ago by a vehicle? None of this is usual law enforcement practices
