12. I seriously doubted that some of them could own a firearm in civilian life.

This is what you get when you put out the word that you're hiring people who can exercise cruelty and carry a gun.
I'm sure background checks and training went out the window early on.

I'd bet this agent thought he was allowed to shoot someone who gets in his way or flees.
Unfortunately, he may have been. We'll see.
