41. Please point out any post in which I've defended him.

Discussing what can objectively seen in videos is not defending him. A defense would be to use what can be seen in the video to justify what he did, by saying he was afraid for his life, or that she was deliberately trying to hit him.

Absolutely nothing I've said in any of my posts even comes close to defending him. The closest I've come is to suggest that from a legal standpoint, if the car did come in contact with him, it will make the legal case harder to prosecute. That's just reality - and any prosecution which ignores the second video due so at the risk of letting him go free.
