50. Just watched the video.

Two ICE agents approached the driver's side. One tried to open the driver's door while the other was standing alongside the left front fender. The driver reversed briefly, then shifted to drive and moved forward with the wheels turned to the right, away from the agent standing near the left fender. That agent pulled his gun and fired a single shot through the windshield.

That was by no means a ramming attempt. ICE wildly overreacted.

ETA: Holy shit, Noem's description of the event is literal Bizarro World. Like what the actual fuck is this right here.

“Our ICE officers were out in enforcement action,” Noem said during an unrelated news conference in Texas on Wednesday. “They got stuck in the snow because of the adverse weather that is in Minneapolis. They were attempting to push out their vehicle, and a woman attacked them and those surrounding them and attempted to run them over and ram them with her vehicle.”

I generally try to give law enforcement the benefit of the doubt a lot of the time, but goddamn...
