At 22 seconds in, you can see where the shooter was standing when the first shot was fired. He's mostly blocked by the thug at the vehicle window, but you can see his feet/legs were clearly to the side of the vehicle when the first plume from gunfire emerges. Subsequent shots fired were clearly egregious violence as he's standing well off to the side as the vehicle passes by him.

The shooter then walks up to the victim's vehicle after the murder/crash, then at 50 seconds walks away directly by the recording phone, followed at 1:55 by him being quickly evacuated from the scene of the crime in a silver Chevrolet Tahoe.
