Regardless of who commits the act.
State governors and Attorney Generals need to announce that ICE and DHS will not be given the benefit of the doubt and any agents involved in a shooting will be automatically detained under State law pending an investigation. While agents have the legal authority to perform their duties, they do not have authority to violate State criminal statutes in the performance of their duties.
